Azsure Dorton (she/her) is an Engineering Manager for State Farm. She is the mother of her amazing children, a pet mom, and an endurance athlete. Azsure is wildly curious, a lifelong learner, and a DE&I practitioner. She earned a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from UTD, and is passionate about modernizing insurance efforts.

Azsure is the President of the Dallas Chapter CPCU Society for 2025.

Fredricka began her insurance career in 2006 with State Farm Insurance. She has held various positions throughout her career and is currently a CCC Retention Manager in Richardson, TX. Fredricka graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. Fredricka completed her CPCU designation in 2016. Fredricka is a Director on the Dallas CPCU Chapter Board and was a Co-Chair for the All Industry Day committee.

Fredricka earned the CPCU designation in 2016.

Tia began her State Farm career in 2006 in Kalamazoo, Michigan in Auto Claim Central. She has worked all over the country in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, Auto Claims, Claims Training and is currently a Team Manager in Fire Team Managed in Dallas, Texas. Tia is a continual learner, earning her Enterprise Training Certification, CPCU designation, AIC designation and several Digital Literacy Foundations badge. Since earning her CPCU in 2016, Tia’s been on the Dallas Chapter board excited for the role as Treasurer.

Kryshawn Baity, CPCU, AIC-M is a Claims Operations Manager at Sedgwick, where she leads liability program operations for one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies. With more than 12 years of industry experience, Kryshawn has built her career across multiple lines of business—including commercial trucking, general liability, and property damage—driving operational excellence and cultivating high-performing teams.

Throughout her career, she has led major process improvements in litigation management, streamlined complex claim workflows, and developed training programs to enhance technical proficiency and client responsiveness. A champion of leadership development, Kryshawn is passionate about empowering others through mentorship, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

Kryshawn holds both the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims–Management (AIC-M) designations, along with a Data Analytics certification from Google. She is an active CPCU Society member and is committed to advancing professionalism and collaboration within the insurance community.

Clint Bump graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2010.  He started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual as a Multi-line, Small Business Underwriter. Clint has held a variety of underwriting roles but has most recently worked in a primary, E&S casualty role for Allied World. His experience has predominantly been in TX and LA with wholesale and retail distribution partners, P&C lines of business, and numerous proprietary rating and information management systems. He is passionate about providing relevant content, facilitating engagement and increasing exposure for the local chapter.

Cydney earned her CPCU in 2011. She is an experienced insurance professional, people leader and instructor. Currently she serves as the APD Claims Manager leading Amica's total loss department. She formerly was the discipline lead during the re-launch of Collin College's Insurance Management program. Collin College's program allows students to earn an Associates and CPCU waivers. Cydney is passionate about training, development, education, and partnering with students and employees alike to achieve success. Cydney's involvement with the Dallas CPCU Society spans a decade. Cydney earned her BA from Mt. Holyoke College and her MBA/MS in Accounting with a focus on Internal Audit from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, she holds the following designations: CPCU, ARM, AIDA, AIC, AINS,API, AIM and ACS.
